Holly J. Falk-Krzesinski, PhD is the Vice President, Research Intelligence at information analytics company Elsevier. Her responsibilities center on how insights from data, metrics, and analytics guide strategic planning for the research enterprise. Previously, Holly was at Northwestern where she launched the Office of Research Development to facilitate interdisciplinary collaborative grant proposals and established a team science unit at the university’s CTSA Hub. Through her leadership with the International Network for the Science of Team Science (INSciTS) and the annual SciTS Conference, her own research program, the online learning tool, and involvement with three national team science initiatives, Holly has been instrumental in developing a strong international community of practice and the ‘science of team science’ field.
